Caravan (1971)

Caravan is a 1971 movie under Nasir Hussain films banner. Nasir Hussain and Sachin Bhowmick wrote the screenplay. Hussain’s brother Tahir Hussain is credited as producer. It starred Jeetendra and the Nasir Husain fixture- Asha Parekh. It also had Aruna Irani , Helen and Madan Puri. Two more Husain fixtures were involved in the songs: lyricist Majrooh Sultanpuri and music composer R.D. Burman. The film was a hit at the box office.The story is thriller about a young woman played by Asha Parekh who ends up married to the wrong man (Kishan Mehta). Thinking that he has conspired with his girlfriend (Helen) to murder her, she runs away to find an old friend of her father’s in Bangalore who may be able to help. Having no money, the only way she can get there is to join a traveling caravan.

Hindustani (1996)

Circa the British rule in India, a man named Senapathy decides to rebel against the British in a violent way, learns a rare martial art that enables him to kill with his bare hands, and travels to Singapore, joins the Indian Liberation Army formed by renowned Subhash Chandra Bose, is one of the soldier’s to engage the British into war. He subsequently joins a death squad in order to destroy British tanks. While all of the others succeed in carrying out their mission, Senapathy is captured, jailed, beaten, and mercilessly tortured by the British.

Bemisal (1982)

Bemisal is a 1982 movie produced by Debesh Gosh and directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Vinod Mehra, Raakhee, Deven Verma, Aruna Irani and Om Shivpuri. The music was by R.D. Burman .It is a remake of the Uttam Kumar classic Ami Se O Shakha (1975) also based on the story by Ashutosh Mukherjee.A promising young doctor sacrifices his love, his career and his prospect to save his friend from a medical malpractice suit. What will he find when he comes out of prison after years? He is young no more. His career is finished. And he has no one to go to. Except his friend.

Masterji (1985)

Percocious village belle, Radha, the daughter of Mukhiya Jamnadas, takes a liking to the widowed school-master, Masterji, the father of a toddler; when he spurns her, she publicly accuses him of having an affair with her and forces him to marry her. She then finds out that he really loves his colleague, Shobha, and becomes embittered towards him. Things get out of hand when he and the villagers start suspecting that she may have been responsible for trying to kill his son.
